At Home With Sonia Workout Program
This is a 6 week workout program for stay at home moms and working moms who are limited on time with only have 45 min - 1 hour to dedicate to a total body home workout. This will work for a beginner lifter all the way up to an advanced lifter. Get back into shape at home with some basic equipment and a limited time schedule! This workout is a 4-day split. All you really need is your dedication to 4 days, 1 hour per session.
