Couch To Hybrid Program
This program is a 4 week program that will introduce you to running and training like a beast. Looking good and being strong is cool but having that and the ability to run is even better. If you want to become a true hybrid athlete you’ve come to the right place. In this program you will be hitting the weights 4 days per week and running 3 days per week. This will be the perfect frequency for both, to get you started in the right direction avoiding the common overuse injuries that are associated with running. The weight training portion will involve specific exercises to build your physique, get stronger and supplement your running. This program is very easy to follow and only requires 4 weeks of commitment. After the 4 weeks you will have enough aerobic capacity built up, which will allow you to continue to run longer and faster.
