Welcome to the Hype Gains Volume 6! This is a 4 week, 4-day split for the busy gym goer that is limited on time during the week but still wants the intensity and work volume. This split requires 1.5-2 hours each workout depending on your rest time between sets and if you train with a partner. This can work for bulking or cutting and both males and females. I highly recommend you run this split back at least 2-3x.
