Strength - Hypertrophy 6 Days (Most Popular Split)
SH6 is the 6-day split that I am currently running on my cut which involves conventional deadlifts. 6 days of training means a higher caloric expenditure, which leads to you creating more of a deficit, which means less cardio needed and more food. I have found a lot of benefit incorporating a good balance of both hypertrophy and strength training and this program is built around that. By not leaving any stones unturned, you will maximize your training time and make the gains your working for. The progressive overload principle is the key to making the gains. This program can be run by a beginner lifter or an advanced lifter. It involves training 6 days per week, a ton of volume and high frequency.
