S.H.U.L. stands for Strength Hypertrophy Upper Lower Workout. This program was designed to produce results the most efficient way possible by taking trial and error out of the equation and maximizing a perfect balance of strength and hypertrophy training. It requires only 4 days per week in the gym and one optional day to focus on lagging muscle groups. The program includes a complete workout split that is simple to read showing the exercise, # of sets and # of reps.
